Which is why every year, when I had staff, I hosted an in person self-defense training with former police officer Kristin Bantle. Not only was it beneficial to talk through scenarios we might encounter, it also helped to have an expert share her hands-on experience!
While I no longer have staff, I still care about the safety of all you therapists out there and decided it would be really empowering to bring this training to the online space….
